Travel Mode Checklist

  • Manage Travel FoldersVIDEO HERE - Can be done in Advance  
    • Include Folders Needed
    • Remove Old Folders
  • Download Media for Coaches - VIDEO HERE - Can be done in advance 
    • Confirm Hard Drive has Adequate Space
    • Free Up Space if Needed
      • Done in Local Asset Management
      • Make Sure You Are Deleting From Local and Not Server
    • Download Media Using Download Icon or Surge to Clients
  • Enter Travel Mode - VIDEO HERE - Needs to be done right before you leave 
    • Close App and Click Enter Travel Mode
    • You can Sync from the Exchange Agent while Thunder is open
    • Before turning off the computer, make sure you see the OK To Travel
